Harry looked around at the children sprawled out across the rug with their presents: James, Lily, little Albus Severus, Teddy, and Scorpius. For once, they were all playing quietly together, enjoying the mass of gifts that had been piled in bright wrapping under the tree they helped decorate.
Across the living room, Draco was reclining in his chair, nearly asleep, full and relaxed after Christmas dinner. Harry couldn't be more pleased to have his family with him today. His whole life, he wanted was a family, and now he had one. It was enough to bring tears to his eyes.
